Nights of Lights Taylor Swift Concert Ticket Giveaway – Rules of Play
  1. Event & Raffle Details:
    - Raffle License Number: M824325
    - Early Bird Prize Draw Date & Time: October 16, 2024 – 3:00 PM drawn in front of witnesses to ensure fairness
    - Early Bird Prize: Private Party Experience at Nights of Lights & Pumpkinville.
    - Grand Prize Draw Date & Time: October 31, 2024 – 9:00 PM drawn in front of witnesses to ensure fairness
    - Grand Prizes: Two Private Suite Concert Tickets for Taylor Swift on November 14th 
    - Location: The raffle draw will take place at 25 The West Mall, Toronto, ON inside the main event tent and will be broadcast live on social media. Follow @nightsoflightsto on Instagram to watch the live draw!

  2. Eligibility:
    - Age Restriction: Participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the raffle. Proof of age may be required.
    - Purchase Requirements: Nights of Lights attendees are eligible to purchase a raffle ticket through the ticketing system as an add-on. However, raffle tickets must be picked up in person at Halloween Nights of Lights & Pumpkinville event (CF Sherway Gardens, outdoor parking lot facing the Hudson's Bay) 25 The West Mall in Etobicoke during event dates (weekends from 12pm-11pm, Wed Oct 30 from 5pm-11pm or Thurs Oct 31 from 5pm-8pm OR  in person at Epilepsy Toronto's office at 1425 Bayview Ave in Toronto only on Tuesday, Oct 29 and Wednesday Oct 30 from 11am-7pm with proof of purchase.
    - Additional Tickets: Additional raffle tickets can be purchased at the event. Prices are as follows:
    • $20 for 10 tickets
    • $10 for 4 tickets
    • $3 per ticket

  3. Ticket Sales & Distribution:
    - Online and In-Person Sales: Raffle tickets will be sold both online and in person. Tickets purchased online must be picked up in person at Halloween Nights of Lights & Pumpkinville event (CF Sherway Gardens, outdoor parking lot facing the Hudson's Bay) 25 The West Mall in Etobicoke during event dates (weekends from 12pm-11pm, Wed Oct 30 from 5pm-11pm or Thurs Oct 31 from 5pm-8pm OR  in person at Epilepsy Toronto's office at 1425 Bayview Ave in Toronto only on Tuesday, Oct 29 and Wednesday Oct 30 from 11am-7pm with proof of purchase.
    - Non-Refundable: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  4. Prizes:
    - Early Bird Prize: Private Party Experience at Nights of Lights & Pumpkinville, drawn on October 16, 2024, at 3:00 PM.
    - Grand Prize: Two Taylor Swift concert tickets for November 2024 in Toronto.
    - No substitutions or cash alternatives will be offered for the prizes.

  5. Draw Details:
    - The Early Bird prize draw will be conducted on October 16, 2024, at 3:00 PM, and the winner will be notified via the contact details provided on their raffle ticket.
    - After the Early Bird draw, the winner's ticket will be re-entered into the pool for the main prize draw.
    - The Grand Prize draw will be held on October 31, 2024, at 9:00 PM.
    - Winning tickets will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries.
    - Participants do not need to be present at the time of the draws to win.
    - Winners will be contacted using the information provided on the raffle ticket stub.
  6. All physical raffle tickets picked up at Epilepsy Toronto or at Halloween Nights of Lights & Pumpkinville MUST be registered online to be eligible. Complete the online form here: Nights of Lights 
  7. Claiming the Prize:
    - The Early Bird Prize winner will be contacted within 24 hours of the draw and must claim the prize within 72 hours, or a new winner will be drawn.
    - The Grand Prize winner will be contacted within 24 hours and must claim the prize within 72 hours, or a new winner will be drawn.
    - Identification matching the ticket stub will be required to claim prizes.

  8. Use of Funds:
    - All proceeds from the sale of additional raffle tickets will go toward supporting Epilepsy Toronto.

  9. Odds of Winning:
    - The odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets sold. Each ticket has an equal chance of winning.

  10. General Conditions:
    -     The raffle is conducted in compliance with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario's (AGCO) regulations.
    - Nights of Lights reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or in violation of the rules.
    - The vendor and purchase of raffle tickets must both be physically present in Ontario at the time the sale takes place. 

  11. Privacy:
    - Personal information collected during the raffle will only be used to contact the winners and will not be shared or used for any other purpose.
