How do I get my tickets once I have purchased them? Upon completing your purchase, tickets will be emailed to you directly. Tickets can be shown on your phone or printed to be presented at the door.
I've lost my ticket, what can I do? Not to worry! When you arrive at the door provide us with the name you booked your tickets under and we can search you up!
Need to reschedule your ticket? Please email us at: info@nightsoflights.ca for rescheduling purposes. We can only reschedule to a date and timeslot that is not currently sold out on our website, so please have a look under the BUY TICKETS tab and include your preferred date/timeslot in your email so we can respond to your rescheduling request in a timely manner. Are tickets refundable? As per our Terms and Conditions tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final.
