How do I get my tickets once I have purchased them? Upon completing your purchase, tickets will be emailed to you directly. If you cannot find your emailed tickets, please check your spam or junk folder! If you still cannot find them, please send an email to: info@nightsoflights.ca Tickets can be shown on your phone or printed to be presented at the door.
I've lost my ticket, what can I do? Not to worry! When you arrive at the door provide us with the name you booked your tickets under and we can search you up!
Need to reschedule your ticket? Please email us at: info@nightsoflights.ca for rescheduling purposes. Please note we require at least 24 hrs notice for rescheduling. You are allowed one reschedule request. Are tickets refundable? As per our Terms and Conditions tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final.
