Where is Halloween Nights of Lights & Pumpkinville located?
Halloween Nights of Lights & Pumpkinville is located at CF Sherway Gardens, 25 The West Mall, Etobicoke, ON., M9C 2B8 (Outdoor Parking Lot across from the Hudson's Bay and Cactus Club)
- We will be open Rain or Shine!
- VERY IMPORTANT! Please DO NOT arrive to the Nights of Lights entrance more than 15 minutes prior to your booked timeslot. This ensures we have NO waiting times to enter!
- You can enter Pumpkinville before or after your Nights of Lights visit.
- Tickets should be purchased online in advance as there is limited number of tickets per timeslot.
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets are valid for a one-time use only.
- Last entry time-slot is: 10:15pm

Is there parking?
Parking is free and located onsite in the surrounding mall parking lots.
Can I visit Pumpkinville before or after my timelotted Halloween Nights of Lights entry?
YES! With the dual Halloween Nights of Lights & Pumpkinville timslotted ticket, the timeslot only applies to the Nights of Lights portion because the sun must go down before the lights turn on (best in the dark!). As such, you are welcome to visit Pumpkinville before or after your Nights of Lights walk-through. Pumpkinville opens from 12pm-11pm on weekends and 5pm-11pm on weekdays.
What happens if there is inclement weather ?
We will operate Rain or Shine. Please check our social media and your email for any updates if there is a forecast of severe weather and we are required to shut down for safety reasons. All ticketholders affected will be contacted via email with updates and options to reschedule.
Is Halloween Nights of Lights accessible?
Yes! Nights of Lights is entirely accessible for strollers and wheelchairs.
Is Smoking Permitted on site?
There is no smoking or vaping of tobacco, cannabis or any other substances allowed anywhere on the event grounds.
Are there washrooms?
There are porta potty washrooms located at the event.
Can we take pictures or videos of the light displays and sculptures?
Yes! Feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you wish.
How long does it take to go through the light show?
Everyone travels through the light displays at a different pace. The light show is designed to be up to 40 minutes long, however, once you exit the light show, the extra activities and offerings available at the event may make your visit longer! Pumpkinville is located at the end of the light trail and can be visited before and/or after the light show. It is filled with pumpkin sculptures, activities, rides, food trucks/food tents, outdoor vendors, and many more things to see and do.
Where are the vendors located?
Snacks & Drinks will be available at the start of the Nights of Lights trail. Food vendors are located at the end of the Nights of Lights trail inside of Pumpkinville.
Are dogs allowed?
Pets are allowed on specified pet-friendly dates. Please note that all pets must be leashed and/or carried at all times.
Pet-friendly dates are: Oct 3, 11, 17, 20, 25, & 30.
How do I get my tickets once I have purchased them?
Upon completing your purchase, tickets will be emailed to you directly. Tickets can be shown on your phone or printed to be presented at the door.
Need to reschedule your ticket?
Please email us at: info@nightsoflights.ca for rescheduling purposes at least 24 hrs prior to your ticket's date. *** Please note that you are allowed only one date change.***

As per our Terms and Conditions, tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final.
